An opportunity exists for an experienced Business Development/Sales professional in the Social Gaming division.

The Company is a Facebook performance advertising is exceptional expertise within the social gaming and mobile application market. The Company use their proprietary technology to drive high valued users to the clients applications.

The position offers the right candidate a key position in the companies Social Gaming and Business Development Department and will provide excellent opportunities for career development and growth.

The Business Development & Sales Manager (Russian Territory) will be responsible for meeting and exceeding his or her assigned geographic territory forecast.
This will be accomplished by aggressively pursing new sales opportunities and by effectively establishing strong business relationships with our current and future client base.
The individual will be responsible for opening and closing sales opportunities with Russia.
The Business Development & Sales Manager (Russian Territory) will also be responsible for developing and continually updating effective written strategic business plans for each major account to ensure that we are expanding our market share at a double-digit growth rate.
The Business Development & Sales Manager (Russian Territory) has additional responsibility for seeking out new business potentials for the Company's other divisions including Brands and Agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

? Market the Company's services in assigned geographic territory by using exceptional selling skills to exceed forecasts in Social Gaming industry.
? Report into and work closely weekly with Director or Business Development & Sales to close sales.
? Develop detailed business plans for Territory in order to achieve forecasted growth. To be reviewed quarterly with The Director of Business Development & Sales.
? Consistently update the company's sales pipeline with opportunities from within the Social Gaming Industry using existing contacts and creating new relationships.
? Control expenses against pre-established budget and submit required reports on a timely basis.

Job Requirements:

? Business Degree with a minimum of 2/3 years of highly successful Social Gaming sales experience from within Russia, strongly preferred.
? Must have an exceptional understanding of Social Gaming markets and be knowledgeable of diverse online advertising services.
? Strong knowledge of Russian Social Gaming Market.
? Exceptional analytical capability and problem solving skills.
? Ability to work in a team atmosphere and influence others to achieve results.
? Self motivated with bias for action.
? Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communications abilities
? Substantiated capability to effectively negotiate and close business.
? Evidence of professional presentation skills.
? Fluent in Russian and English is a must
? Willingness to travel to accomplish assigned goals.
